Terms of Sale
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and insurance are extra, and are billed at cost. Items will be sent on receipt of payment. 5% GST will be added to all Canadian orders. Overseas orders will be sent by airmail, unless otherwise requested.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, business or institutional cheque, and in some cases by personal cheque (in Canadian or American Funds). Any payment made by bank transfer is subject to applicable service fees.
While all prices are listed are in USD, all payments are processed in Canadian dollars (unless payment is made by a cheque or bank transfer in USD). For any item sold, prices listed in U.S. dollars are converted to the Canadian dollar equivalent, calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of sale.
All material is guaranteed as described. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, but we ask that the buyer inform us in advance of any return. All material listed is subject to prior sale, so please contact us before sending payment if buying directly from a catalogue.
