In very good printed paper dust jacket. [iv], 3-16 [+ colophon]. Two tears to the dust jacket, over both the upper and lower covers, and some chipping and loss to the top edge over the lower cover; endpapers and edges darkened, but else a Very Good, internally clean and bright copy.
