10 Steps to a Life Uniform
[Madeira Park, B.C.]: Fox Run Press, 2005 [in Roman numerals]. Oblong duodecimo, 11.3 x 20.2 cm. In a Chicago post binding (named after the fasteners used) with grey cardstock covers. The upper cover is decorated with a double-label titled in black. An anchor ornament is stamped in blind to the lower cover. Tissue and silver and gold flecked paper were used for the front free endpapers; there are no rear endpapers. Top edges trimmed, others untrimmed. ll. [5] 16 [4]; the leaves are numbered on the versos. A fine copy. The text was set in Deepdene with Italian Old Style and Empire Titling used for display. Printed on “a fate’s chance of papers.” Embellished throughout with anchor ornaments specially cast for this production by Scott King. From an edition of 94 copies, this being number 14. The edition of 94 copies comprises two states, each of an unspecified number; the present copy apparently belongs to the deluxe state, as the leaves of the regular state were left unnumbered.
