Two sewn text-blocks laid-in to folded wraps of grey Iwahada Namari paper, with title to the upper cover, printed in a seemingly erratic fashion with a seemingly erratic selection of metal and wood type faces in red and black; printed flap folds. the story of thomas: pp. [12], 25, [3]; the translator’s notes: pp. [6], 11, [3]. Two small nicks to p. 3 of the translator’s notes, else a fine copy. The text was set in an assortment of unidentified typefaces and printed both digitally and by letterpress. Accompanied by a (tongue in cheek) ‘warning’ slip, a business card advertising the press signed by the proprietor, and a twice folded sheet of ruled yellow pad paper, all loosely inserted; the latter bears an apocryphal letter written in phonetic prose, and printed digitally; it is addressed to the press from the author.
