London: Eugrammia Press, 1962. Folio. Bound in original quarter red leather, with black cloth covered boards decorated with the opening text of Chapter II, spine lettered in gilt, and top-edge gilt. A Fine copy. This facsimile of the 1561 Lyon edition of Duvet’s L’Apocalypse was printed by collotype by L. van Leer & Co. of Amsterdam, on Atlas mould-made paper specially made for this edition by Lepard & Smiths. The engravings were reproduced from those held in the Cabinet des Estampes at the Bibliothèque Nationale. The text was reproduced from the copy of Lapocalypse Figuree held in the British Museum. One of 735 copies, of which this is number 729. Item #59
